This online workshop will apply adaptive leadership theory to the practical work of your collaboration.

You will learn:

  • How to diagnose yours & the collaborations adaptive challenge/s
  • How to work politically with diverse stakeholders
  • How to pace, contain and get your work authorised.

Participants will work live with a current challenge.

Who is it for?

Anyone leading, participating, supporting, convening collaborations that are struggling to adapt to face new realities.

When?

This workshop includes videos, reading, reflective exercises and 3 x 3 hour interactive group sessions where you will work live on your adaptive challenge.
