Refined with insights from our last event, this in-person experience gives operational leaders an enhanced toolkit to master uncertainty and inspire their teams.
We hear every day about the demand for adaptive leadership skills at all levels of an organization. Following the success of our Adaptive Leaders LAN events in New Zealand, and overseas, we have tailored it to offer a targeted session for leaders and teams seeking to build the future-focused skills required to navigate uncertainty.
This interactive event is designed for leaders who are looking for new approaches to lead their teams effectively when there is no playbook. It’s also an opportunity for HR and L&D professionals to identify and recommend an accessible development opportunity for leaders within their organizations who would benefit from enhancing their leadership capabilities.
Join Demian Rosenthal, Adeption’s Head of Community, and leadership development expert Carl Sanders-Edwards, for an engaging session where we will explore the principles of Adaptive Leadership. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with other leaders, gain fresh perspectives on their own leadership challenges, and reflect on how to apply these insights within their organization.

About Carl Sanders-Edwards – Founder and CEO Adeption
Carl has over 18 years experience helping people and workplaces be better with global organizations and startups. His mission is to make Leadership Development that works available to everyone. Carl’s passion for Leadership Development formed from over 20 years working with global organizations and start-ups.
Carl holds an MBA from Babson College, Boston, as a Fulbright Scholar, graduating top of his class. He has a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) from Massey University, in NZ, and received the 2011 Massey University Distinguished Young Alumni.
