Addicted to Love” is the ultimate collection of music by Robert Palmer and Bryan Ferry. This show is a celebration of two of Britain's most distinctive vocalists, combining imagery and music to create a truly entertaining experience.

Known for their tailored dress sense, these iconic vocalists influenced a generation and made their mark in the 70's and 80's. Sadly no longer with us, Grammy Award winner, Robert Palmer was known for his powerful, soulful voice and his ability to combine various genres. His "leggy" music videos sparked his rise to stardom which also led to receiving an MTV Video Music Award. His music is still current today appealing to a cross section of generations. “Addicted to Love” also features the music of the iconic Bryan Ferry. Bryan's stylish fashion sense and distinctive seductive tones influenced music lovers. He also experimented with various genres from glam rock to new wave and his success began with the birth of Roxy Music in the 70's, which has led to a career spanning over 5 decades. “Addicted to Love" is a 2 hour musical experience that presents the best of the hits from these two icons.

Expect to hear " Slave to Love", "More than This", "Love is a Drug", "Avalon", "Jealous Guy", "Let's Stick Together", "Simply Irresistible", "Bad Case of Loving You", "Every Kinda People", "Mercy Mercy" and of course "Addicted to Love."

Upfront on vocals is the talented Jerry Van der Slot. Based in Sydney, he has performed all over Australia, as well as Asia and the Middle East with artists such as The McLymonts, Melinda Schneider, James Blundell, Grace Knight and Human Nature.

Joining Jerry on vocalists is Byron Tart. Byron has worked collaborated with a broad selection of talent, fronting cover bands Oz Icons and Black Market, delivering acclaimed cabaret such as the Sydney Theatre award-nominated show Lemon Tart with Genevieve Lemon and brother Josh Quong Tart, and touring with acclaimed Elvis acts Elvis to the Max and American Trilogy. Byron has taught noted and award-winning vocalists such as Julia Stone, Prinnie Stevens, Natasha Stuart, and he has provided vocal backing to the likes of Jenny Morris, Normie Rowe, Marty Rhone, Collette and Doug Williams, for the latter of whom, he is currently producing recordings. This 8 piece Show features some of Sydney's finest musicians and vocalists, a musical experience not to be missed.
