The ADEC Conference 2025 is coming to The Village School Gold Coast, Coolangatta, from 2nd – 4th October 2025, and you’re invited!

This is a gathering for all schools and individuals passionate about democratic education—teachers, parents, students, and anyone who wants to explore the ideas, challenges, and future of self-directed, student-centered learning.

Expect engaging discussions, breakout circles, resource sharing, and networking, all in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Plus, we’ll be taking advantage of our beautiful location with meditation on the beach, ocean swims, beach whale watching and space to reflect and recharge.
