By visiting the Adelaide Holocaust Museum & Andrew Steiner Education Centre, you will learn about the Holocaust and South Australia's connection to it.

From Sunday 12 November to Sunday 28 January 2024 admission includes access to visit the Let Me Be Myself - Anne Frank Exhibition.

Our permanent exhibition in The Anne Frank Gallery traces the history of the Holocaust. It encourages critical thinking around themes that remain relevant to issues in contemporary society such as positive citizenship, hate-speak, antisemitism, racism, and acts of terror.

Our goal is to enable all young people and the wider community to learn about this tragic period in world history and to learn about the importance of being an Upstander and promoting human rights for all of humanity.

The museum’s education programs, exhibitions, and collections will motivate visitors to develop ethical values and active citizenship, encouraging action against antisemitism and any form of hate.

Museum opening hours:

To visit the museum on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, pre-booking is essential as we will only be offering private viewings. The museum will be open on Sundays as usual between 11 am-3 pm.

When booking online, we ask that you let us know what time you will arrive at the museum so we know when to expect you.

Please note the museum is closed on public holidays and Jewish Festival days.
