💡 Our Aim Is To:

Educate you about PBC so you feel confident asking the right questions at medical appointments and clearly understand your test results and medical advice.
Empower you to take control of your condition, understand it fully, and feel more confident in managing it.
Teach you techniques to better identify, regulate, and manage negative emotions—helping you build greater self-awareness and emotional control.
