This is a FREE, 4 session parenting program. You must be able to attend all sessions.

We will explore and learn more about:
- understanding ADHD and the brain
- ways of nurturing positive relationships
- working together with your child to handle difficulties by offering practical strategies
- building self-esteem, resilience & confidence in your child
