ADHD & YOUR CHILD - BROCKMAN COMMUNITY HOUSE

This is a FREE, 4 session parenting program.  You must be able to attend all sessions.

We will explore and learn more about:

• understanding ADHD and the brain
• ways of nurturing positive relationships
• working together with your child to handle difficulties by offering practical strategies
• building self-esteem, resilience & confidence in your child
