Event description

UC Medical and Counselling Centre are offering a FREE group for University of Canberra students who have been diagnosed with ADHD, or who may think they have ADHD.

This group looks at understanding and developing strategies to manage concentration, attention, and time more effectively, plus the importance of routine and structure in our day-to-day lives.

Please note: from Semester 2, 2025, this group will continue to run weekly, but will alternate between online and on-campus sessions.
Each week’s content will be delivered on-campus one week, then repeated online the following week.
To avoid repeating the same material, it's recommended that you choose either online or on-campus sessions and attend every second week, depending on your preference.

Register now to reserve your spot in the group. If you have any questions or enquiries, please contact UC Medical and Counselling Centre on (02) 6201 2351.

This group is open to UC students only.
