Her experience as a Mum has shaped her clinical knowledge and the intervention that she has tailored for the little BackChatters at The BackChat Clinic.

Olwen is heavily focused on the SMARTS of her little BackChatters and as well as working on areas they struggle with, e.g. Reading acquisition, she also looks for their early interests, and harnesses these.

In her own life, Olwen has found this to be incredibly useful and successful in terms of raising her own children.
