Join us for a practical, interactive session designed to help you build strategies to manage ADHD beyond medication.
This 1-hour program will cover:
- Understanding how ADHD impacts daily life
- Tools to improve focus, and organisation
- Strategies for managing emotions and reducing overwhelm
- Practical tips for building routines that stick

Adults with ADHD, or those who suspect they may have ADHD, who want to explore evidence-based, non-medication approaches to support their work, study, and everyday life.
