Pilbara for Purpose is working in partnership with ADHDWA to deliver an ADHD Teacher Professional Development Workshop in Tom Price.

This session will focus on practical tools and strategies that can be applied in primary and secondary classrooms.

Topics covered (suitable for both primary and secondary school context) include:

• inclusive classroom management and clever ideas for adjusting the environment
• effective approaches for behaviour management and reinforcing positive behaviour
• emotional self-regulation and critical support for social emotional wellbeing
• simple and effective accommodations and differentiation that supports a strengths-based approach
• engaging with parents to support learning.
