Refund policy

We appreciate that from time to time, situations can change beyond our control. If you have a change in circumstances, feel free to contact us at any time. Below outlines our policy for when changes are required by us or you. Should you wish to cancel your registration, it must be submitted in writing to ADNZ. Cancellation notifications received from registered parties prior to 14 days before the event will be fully refunded. Cancellation notifications received from registered parties 7-14 days prior to the event, will result in a refund of 50% of the ticket price. Cancellation notifications received from registered parties, less than 7 days before the event will not be entitled to any refund. If for reasons beyond ADNZ’s control, and the event is cancelled, then a full refund of the paid ticket price will be refunded (minus booking fees). Should the event be postponed to another date, then a full refund of the paid ticket price will be available. Alternatively, you can choose to attend on the new date. At no time, and under no circumstances, will ADNZ refund your travel, flight or accommodation costs. We recommend you purchase appropriate travel insurance when booking your flights and accommodation.
