Your Adoption Meet & Greet is Booked!

Thank you for booking an Adoption Meet & Greet at the Cat Protection Society of Victoria. We’re so excited to welcome you to our adoption shelter and help you meet some of the wonderful cats currently in our care.

What to Expect on the Day

During your Meet & Greet, our friendly adoption team will:

Chat with you about your lifestyle, home and what you’re looking for in a feline companion
Introduce you to cats who may be a great match
Answer any questions about adoption, care, or settling a cat into your home

There’s no pressure to adopt on the day — this appointment is all about finding the right fit, for both you and the cat.

Please keep in mind that if you decide to adopt, the adoption process usually takes around 30 minutes after your meet and greet appointment to finalise the adoption paperwork. For bookings at 3pm Monday to Saturday, or 2pm on Sundays and public holidays, this may mean there is not enough time to finalise your adoption on the day of your visit.
