Adult Beginner Ballet Trial

Have you always been keen to try ballet but feel like that ship has sailed? Did you dance as a kid but haven't set foot in a studio for decades? This beginner ballet class is a safe, fun and inclusive space to give ballet a go, or rekindle your love. You will learn the basic technique from a qualified teacher, you'll stretch and strengthen your body, you'll move to beautiful music and will leave feeling taller, more graceful and like you've done something well worth it. Whatever age, stage, shape or size you are, you are welcome!
