If you prefer not to have your face shown on camera, please notify us by providing your ticket number and name at the time of purchase. If you win an award, we will cut to a commercial break when you enter the stage.

Please note: tickets come off sale on 13 October and will not be available after this date, there will be no tickets available at the door due to catering and dietary requirements.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Your entry to this event constitutes your acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below, which are the only conditions upon which entry is granted.

1. Risk & Ticket Retention: Entry to the venue is at your own risk. Tickets must be retained at all times.

2. Right of Admission: The Adult Choice Awards and its agents reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason, including behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Adult Choice Awards or its representatives staffing the event.

3.No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within 6 meters of the building.

5. Prohibited Items: Helium balloons, incendiary devices (flares, fireworks, and smoke bombs) are not permitted in the venue. Any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.

6. Weapons Ban: No weapons of any type are permitted in the venue. Any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.

7. No Banners or Poles: Banners, poles, or similar items are not allowed into the venue.

8. Bag Restrictions: No bags or large items that cannot be placed under your seat are permitted into the venue.

9. Security Searches: The Adult Choice Awards and its security personnel may conduct security and/or bag searches to ensure the safety of persons at the event. Failure to consent or submit to an inspection may result in denial of entry.

10. Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event.

11. No Animals: No animals will be admitted into the venue, except for service animals.

12. No Unauthorized Trading: Unauthorized trading is not permitted within the venue or venue grounds.

13. Seating Expectation: All guests and attendees are expected to remain in their seats for the duration of the ceremony.

14. Photography & Recording: The Adult Choice Awards is recording and photographing the event. Your attendance constitutes approval for inclusion in photography, filming, and audio recording, and your permission for the Adult Choice Awards to make full use of the images, recordings, and footage without any recourse to you. If you wish to opt out, you must speak with a Choice Awards staff member before entry.

15. Liability: The Adult Choice Awards, its employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, howsoever caused, to you, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by the negligence of the Adult Choice Awards, its employees, or agents.

16. Public Safety: In the interests of public safety, the Adult Choice Awards and its agents reserve the right to request you to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the event. No admission or re‐admission will be granted after the end of the event.

17. Emergency Protocol: In case of emergency, please follow all directives of venue security personnel and staff.
