FLING's Adult Community Engagement Programs are a welcoming space to try something new, or return to your body in movement.
Classes are facilitated by FLING's team of professional dance artists and open to all abilities, ages and levels of experience.
Join Dance Development Facilitator Chris Wade for 'Adult Circus'
WHAT TO EXPECT?:
Adult circus is a chance to let everything go for 45 minutes and hone some new circus skills.
Class will start with an icebreaker game to get our energy flowing and condition the body before we jump into some more specific skills, including juggling, spinning plates, hula hoops, and anything else we can dream up!
Chris' Adult Circus class is built on skill development, thinking outside the box, and having a blast together!
WHO IS IT FOR?:
Beginners
Those looking to shake off their day before school pick up
Those looking to develop new skills and coordinations with friends
Those looking for a joyful new physical acitivity
WHO IS LEADING?:
Our Dance Development Facilitator Chris Wade is a joyful facilitator, with a practice in dance, improvisation, circus, acro and gymnastics.
Growing up in a regional place himself, he is passionate about bringing young people and community members fun experiences that open doors to creativity and expression.
WHAT TO WEAR?:
Warm clothes you are comfortable to move in.
Bare foot, socks or sneakers
Bring a water bottle!
*Class content can be adjusted with support from our team to suit your mobility needs.

Please Note: This event will go ahead with 7 enrolments to the full series. Bookings will be informed by Wed 23 July
*This class is best experienced in a series, however casual attendance is available.
