Description

In the lead up to the 2025 Oceanic Palliative Care Conference in Brisbane, Queensland, we are offering you the opportunity to explore Brisbane’s Adult Palliative Care services in this guided full-day tour.

Join us for a visit to the Ipswich Hospital Palliative Care Service, Ipswich Community Palliative Care, Ipswich Hospice & Hilda’s House, and the Metro South Community Palliative Care team.

Transport will be provided to and from the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, along with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea throughout the day.
