Event description

Welcome to the Act Belong Commit Sandfly Circus!

An introduction to ground based and aerial skills, and some fundamental strength and flexibility, for Adults.

Ever wanted to run away with the circus? We’re talking acrobatics, handstands, juggling, hula hoops, and aerials. Focused on flexibility, strength, and a having a proper good time. 

This workshop is perfect for those who don’t often get out and stretch their body, and advanced enough for those who want to chuck the splits on the Roey dance floor (without busting a hammy).

The class will be beginners-focused, but all skill levels are welcome.

Tuesdays 6:45 - 8:00pm - 19 Nov / 26 Nov / 3 Dec / 10 Dec

Bring/wear:

    • no jewellery, except for small earrings, smooth rings
    • bring a large water bottle and sweat towel
    • wear comfortable active wear, (recommended leggings to the knee or below for aerials)
