Reconnect with nature

Trade the backdrop for a companion. You'll choose one non-human friend — a tree, a stone, a stretch of coastline — and stay with it, until the living world stops being scenery and starts to speak.

Unlock your creativity

Through movement, voice and storytelling, you'll rediscover an imagination that doesn't need permission. No acting experience, no performance — just your curiosity, set free.

Feel renewed

Away from screens and schedules, in one of the most loved landscapes in Scotland, you'll find the rest and inspiration that only deep time in nature can give.

Find belonging

You'll share these days with a small circle of kindred spirits, and leave with practices, friendships and a felt sense that you belong to the wider community of life.

We begin at 9:00am on Monday 22 June. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Each day runs 9am–5pm, with one evening session.

The daily rhythm

Each day moves through arrival, attunement, exploration, creation and integration, with plenty of breaks for rest, food and quiet contact with the land.

Evening session (one day)

How to prepare: Come as you are

Comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes you don't mind getting muddy — we'll be outside in all weathers.
Warm layers and waterproofs; Scottish summer days can hold every season at once.
A refillable water bottle and a notebook or journal for reflections.
Any small, light items that help you feel at home outdoors (a blanket, a hat, a flask).
Most of all: your curiosity, your willingness to listen, and an open heart.

No acting experience is needed, and there are no public performances. If you can walk (even with a stick), listen, and bring an open heart, you belong here.
