A beautiful sunrise practice to start your day, with simple Pranayama (yogic breathwork) paired with an introduction to flower essence, a gentle flower- based remedy that supports emotional wellbeing. No experience needed, just come as you are. A calm, grounded way to begin the morning together.

You are welcome to attend just one or as many of these sessions as you like.

Numbers are limited, with mats, bolsters and blankets provided, so book early.

Morning tea catered by Cubed is included so that you can connect with others after the breathwork.

A drink of choice of Campfire or Golden Hour from Slow Sips.
