Adults Contemporary Dance Course

Adults Contemporary Dance Course, suited to all levels of dancer, from beginner to people with prior experience.

A course that will appeal to those who love to connect to their bodies through movement & music in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

We start each class with a warm up, light stretches and move into learning some contemporary travelling progressions.

We then move into learning a routine in which we continue to build on each week, finishing off with a cool down.

An hour of heart, sweat, laughs and endorphins!
