Adults evening Sewing Studio (Summer short course)

 SEWING STUDIO

6pm - 7.30pm Tuesday in January 
This short course runs for 3 lessons over the summer - we call these shorter courses 'summer shorties'

This studio style class is for people wanting to work on sewing skills and make projects or garments!

Bring your machine, a project and fabric and join us for three Tuesday evening sessions of sewing work at your own pace and at your own skill level with lots of support from a teacher and class community that cheers each other on!

These sessions are suitable for absolute beginners wanting to get started with a sewing machine - or those who can already sew and want access to a regular session of support and encouragement to work on projects. 

Please bring:

• Sewing machine with foot peddle and power cord
• scissors and pins
• a project you'd like to work on - if you are an absolute beginner you don't need to bring one to your first lesson as we will work on learning the basics and getting you up and running

Who are art classes suitable for?

• This class is suitable for adults and older teenagers
• People seeking a warm, welcoming class to meet new people and enjoy a low pressure creative environment.
