Murungidyal ngurang (Healing place)

We will camp together in Wiradyuri Country. We will connect with nature, beautiful Wiradyuri Country and learn Wiradyuri cultural ways of knowing the landscape.

We will visit cultural sites of significance, and we will share and connect through ceremony. We will participate in sunset ceremony & Winhangadhurinya (Wiradyuri meditation/reflection).

Your hosts are Wiradyuri miyagan (family), cultural knowledge holders with strong connections to Country. Hosts are also licenced leisure tourism operators.

This event is only for adults (18 years and over). Men & Women both welcome. We will spend at least 3 hours of the weekend in separated men's business and women's business.

Location: A 4-5hr drive from Sydney. Exact location provided on registration.

Two types of tickets available:

Self-Catered Tickets with BYO all camping equipment (2 evenings & 1.5 days of exclusive Aboriginal cultural experiences)
Fully Catered and Accommodation provided for you in tents with swags (you only bring your sleeping bags and pillows) - Includes Exclusive Aboriginal cultural experiences for 2 evenings and 1.5 days plus 2 Continental breakfasts, 2 packed lunches and 2 cooked meals.

Volunteer participation:

You cannot afford to pay to attend but would like to volunteer your time in exchange for the opportunity to come along. Please email us to discuss your application.
