Advance Care Planning Workshop and drop in session: 'Make your choices matter'
Event description
Community Event: Advance Care Planning Workshop
National Advance Care Planning Week | 17–23 March
Now is the ideal time to have a conversation with the people who matter most to you—including your healthcare providers—about what’s important to you and make sure your treatment preferences are understood and respected.
Join Palliative Care Tasmania and the Office of the Public Guardian for a workshop designed to help you start important conversations about advance care planning (ACP). Together, we’ll cover practical tips for talking with family, friends, colleagues, and healthcare providers, while also helping you understand what matters most to someone during the end-of-life phase.
