Nillumbik Shire Council in collaboration with Northern Health Advance Care Planning and Banksia Palliative Care invites you to pause and reflect on what matters most when thinking about your values and preferences in influencing your end-of-life choices.
We’re encouraging people to share their experiences and decisions, to think, talk and plan for the care they’d want in the future.
We invite you to join us for a valuable information session presented by Northern Health followed by small group discussions on exploring values, preferences and ideas around end-of-life choices.
