The Gala Dinner raises funds to support the Global Australian Awards which showcase the extraordinary
achievements of Australians living and working overseas, international alumni of Aussie universities and recent
migrants to Australia who are innovating in their field.
Our 2024 Gala Dinner will highlight why global citizenship matters now more than ever. Featuring an impressive and inspirational lineup of speakers, including Australia's former Treasurer and Ambassador to the USA, the Hon. Joe Hockey; and the 2023 Global Australian of the Year, Prof Glenn Denning, who will speak about Australia's role in solving food security challenges. It's also a unique opportunity to network with decision-makers and next generation leaders from a range of corporate, government and not-for-profit backgrounds.
