Transformational Breath Work is a beautiful way to dive deeper into self discovery, somatic release, healing and many more benefits. In fact benefits of breath work are so many and varied, I encourage you to reach out for more information if you've already come this far.

This event has limited numbers so that as a group, I can take you deeper and fully support you throughout this process. This event is not for beginners. This is only for those who have experience breathing with either holotropic breathing or transformational breathwork. Those who have done lots of yoga style breath may step in, however be aware this work is nothing like yogic breathing.
