Join us at GeCo on Wednesday the 21st August from 11am - 12:30pm to hear Palliative Care supported by Dementia Australia discuss this topic which we all must attend to in our lives.

Advanced Care Directives are a plan to help caregivers carry out your wishes when you're not in a position to dictate them yourself. It's important that we all have these in place! Palliative Care Tasmania and Dementia Australia are coming to GeCo to talk about how to create your Advance Care Directive. Bring your questions, bring your next of kin (optional!) and we'll provide the morning tea, plus information you need to start on your journey to getting these key documents started. 

There are limited places for this workshop, so while it is free, it is essential that you book a place.
