In this online workshop series and coaching, you will deepen and build on existing facilitation skills by increased:

• Understanding of groups learning process and dynamics to keep collaborations engaged and dynamic.
• Understanding of group dynamics such as timing, conflict and resistance and how you can harness them to achieve group outcomes
