In this online workshop series and coaching, you will deepen and build on existing facilitation skills by increased:

Understanding of groups learning process and dynamics to keep collaborations engaged and dynamic.
Understanding of group dynamics such as timing, conflict and resistance and how you can harness them to achieve group outcomes
