Is your search strategy not working? Or curious how you can use the advanced features of library databases to search more effectively?
This workshop is aimed at those with basic database searching experience, but want to take their skills to the next level.
You will learn how to:
- Troubleshoot and evaluate your search strategy
- Use proximity operators, wildcards, nested searches, field searching techniques
- Use subject headings
- Run advanced searches in key databases like ProQuest and OVID
- Use citation databases like Scopus and Web of Science
