The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment (Tibetan: Lamrim) offer a structured and systematic approach to the Buddha's teachings aimed at achieving enlightenment. This Lamrim tradition in Tibetan Buddhism emphasizes reflecting on and meditating upon each topic in sequence, enabling practitioners to develop personal insights and spiritual realizations.

These insights facilitate a transformation, allowing the teachings to become a lived part of one’s experience. Drawing on Kathleen McDonald’s new book, How to Meditate on the Stages of the Path (Wisdom Publications), this series will guide participants through engaging with these meditations to uncover their profound insights and benefits.
