Annual compulsory session for all mentors to attend.

The session will explore:

The difference between teaching, coaching, counselling and mentoring
How core values can be utilised to enhance the mentoring experience
Creating a youth mentoring toolbox.

Special guest speaker Stuart Polwarth - Award winning mental health advisor and Director at Stuart Polwarth Wellness Advisory.

Mentors are required to complete the Core Values Index (CVI) before the training and have it available for reference during the training. After registration, Big Brothers Big Sisters will be in touch with the link to the CVI and the zoom session.
