Since March 2020, more than 120 women have dug deep into their values, set a vision for their life and leadership and challenged themselves to think differently about visibility, by attending the Building Visibility and Influence Masterclass.

The feedback from those sessions was clear: you want to build on the work you did and you want even more practical skills for influencing and engagement. You can struggle to be heard and want practical tools to build your verbal confidence. So we're bringing this Advanced masterclass to support you to:

Undo the habits of a lifetime that prevent you from speaking up or presenting with conviction
Find and bring forth your voice in a way that’s authentic but helps you tackle difficult conversations or engage in complex negotiations

The Advanced Masterclass takes your visibility to the next level with a focus on practical skills and tools around using your voice and strengths to be more influential and impactful: no more sitting back in meetings or freezing up when you’re intimidated.

You'll learn advanced visibility practices, including a valuable stakeholder mapping tool, receive individualised and specialist voice coaching, a simple process to map your and your team's unique strengths and ways to apply them at work. Because we limit the size of this Masterclass, you'll receive more personalised coaching on your visibility strategy and deeper connection and networking with the other women. One-on-one coaching is also available alongside this program.
