A new, advanced masterclass to support you to amplify your strengths, find and use your voice in new ways and be even more strategic and visible as a leader... plus forge a powerful new network.

Since March 2020, more than 120 women have dug deep into their values, set a vision for their life and leadership and challenged themselves to think differently about visibility, by attending the Building Visibility and Influence Masterclass.

The feedback from those sessions was clear: you want to build on the work you did and you want even more practical skills for influencing and engagement. You can struggle to be heard and want practical tools to build your verbal confidence. So we're bringing this Advanced masterclass to support you to:

Be a more effective and confident verbal communicator: build better presentation and persuasion skills with voice coaching and training from a VIP guest presenter, Debra Lawrance
Undo the habits of a lifetime that prevent you from speaking up or presenting with conviction
Find and bring forth your voice in a way that’s authentic but helps you tackle difficult conversations or engage in complex negotiations
Have a safe space to discover your voice, using powerful techniques for speaking, presenting, influencing and managing conflict
Uncover your strengths, using an innovative tool developed by Visibility Co that you can share with your team
Think differently about how you use those strengths in your role and leadership, and work in alignment with them 70-80% of the time
Learn advanced techniques for strategic influencing, using our stakeholder mapping tool, which is based on design-thinking and human-centred design
Embed strategic capability and the visibility tools in your daily work and decision making, even under pressure when the tendency is to default to old habits
Realise the vision you’ve set for yourself and become more proficient in setting a vision and goals
Nail your visibility strategy and leave with a 100-day planning framework that you can use again and again
Forge deeper relationships with other women who have been through the masterclasses

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

FRIDAY 27TH AUGUST, 9.30AM - 4.30PM (AEST)

The Advanced Masterclass takes your visibility to the next level with a focus on practical skills and tools around using your voice and strengths to be more influential and impactful: no more sitting back in meetings or freezing up when you’re intimidated.

You'll learn advanced visibility practices, including a valuable stakeholder mapping tool, receive individualised and specialist voice coaching, a simple process to map your and your team's unique strengths and ways to apply them at work. Because we limit the size of this Masterclass, you'll receive more personalised coaching on your visibility strategy and deeper connection and networking with the other women. One-on-one coaching is also available alongside this program.

"I enjoyed the advanced class more than the original. I think the smaller group was really great"

"The vocal coach was brilliant and the additional tools were great. I enjoyed the smaller class number because we got to share more and hence learn more."

"It has helped me remember that I do have a voice and not be afraid to use it and be seen"

“As public sector women working to resolve many wicked contemporary social, economic and environmental issues in Australia, our visibility and influence is a critical collective force. Our personal and collective visibility has never been more important. Visibility Co knows this and will take you on the journey to help you become your best self, a more visible and influential leader and even realise our collective potential.”

** Please note, in order to register for the Advanced Masterclass you are required to have already completed, or have registered to complete an upcoming entry-level Building Visibility & Influence Masterclass
