    Guildhouse is excited to present Melbourne based Sarah Weston, former Business Development and Creative Partnerships Manager of Craft for an exclusive Advice Bank session in Adelaide presented by Guildhouse.

    Utilising Sarah’s skillsets, this Advice Bank session is aimed towards artists seeking advice around branding, pricing and representing your arts practice.  

    With a background in working directly with artists in the commissioning of artworks and working directly with buyers and collectors in the Craft retail and gallery spaces, Sarah brings a broad wealth of knowledge. Her particular interest areas include how to present and structure your arts practice, pricing work and how to represent your brand. 

    Guildhouse Advice Bank responds to the demand for tailored, one-on-one advice from small creative businesses.

    These one-on-one sessions are suitable for practitioners who are seeking advice on specific areas relating to their practice or artistic business.  

    Each session runs for up to 30 minutes so please make sure you provide a brief outline of the topics you are seeking advice on during the booking process. This Advice Bank session is aimed towards artists seeking advice around branding pricing and representing your arts practice.  

    Please note Advice Bank sessions are exclusive to Guildhouse financial members (Accredited or Community).


    About the Presenter

    Sarah Weston is an art consultant, occasional photographer and former Creative Development and Partnerships Manager, Craft. Her work is focused on creating opportunities for makers and artists to connect with audiences, develop new works and build their professional practices. 

    Working for over 15 years in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, Sarah has worked with hundreds of artists and makers on everything from commissions to exhibitions, retail to public art, art collections, public programming and mentoring.
