If you are finding that you need to advocate constantly with school for your child, this session will offer strategies and ideas on how to feel more confident and less stressed by dealing with the school.

Our education system is struggling to meet the needs of many autistic students for support to learn. In private or public schools, small or large, city or country, parents may need to negotiate for their children’s particular needs.  Maxine has been supporting parents and schools for over 10 years to find ways to work together to support young people with disabilities in schools.
