Event description

Join us for a deeply restorative experience that harmonizes sound, gentle aerial somatic adjustments, tuning fork vibrations, therapeutic touch, and mindful guided meditation. This unique workshop invites you to unwind and reconnect through the art of the Somatic Sound Swing or by grounding into stillness on a floor mat—both guided by meditation and the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and the ethereal tones of a wind gong.

This journey nurtures the body’s natural rhythms, calms the nervous system, and opens space for deep emotional release and energetic alignment. Allow yourself to float, ground, and be guided into a state of inner harmony and soulful renewal as we take a "vow for stillness".

Hannahsita Smyth
Founder of Kids Love Aerial and Flowhican Aerail Arts, Hannahsita is an aerial yoga and somatic movement teacher specializing in body-based mindfulness and nervous system regulation. Her work bridges movement, sound, and sensory awareness to support deep healing and connection. Through her gentle, intuitive approach, she creates safe spaces for stillness, embodiment, and emotional release.

Amy Thai
Amy began her aerial yoga journey in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the art form. She became a certified aerial instructor in 2019 through Galaxy Lifestyle and a certified sound healing facilitator in 2023 through Peace, Love and Yoga. Amy is known for her creative sequencing, playful energy, and focus on building strong foundational technique for aerial dance and movement. In addition to her weekly classes, she hosts specialized workshops such as Aerial Burlesque, Aerial Somatics & Sound, Floating/Grounded Sound Baths, Acro-Aerial, and Aerial Dance. When she’s not teaching, Amy enjoys camping, photography, creating charcuterie (and pupcuterie!) boards, hosting dinners, and spending time with her dog, Tsuki.

Keith Donohue
Keith Donohue is the founder of kevala, a sustainable yoga apparel company whose proceeds benefit non-profits. After devoting decades to careers in professional soccer, online marketing, and lululemon athletica, one day Keith had simply had enough and decided to devote his life to embracing a more eco-friendly, yogic and philanthropic existence. He created a cross-country tour called 50Give in which he volunteered at nonprofits in all fifty states, Canada, D.C., and Mexico. The greatest lesson learned on this tour was 'when you lose your sense of self, all that's left is love'.

Keith has devoted nearly 20 years to meditation and wellness. Over the years, he has earned numerous certifications in meditation, breathwork, and yoga; taught yoga classes; facilitated meditation lectures and trainings; managed yoga studios; and served as the Grand Magician (GM) at Trilogy Sanctuary. Having experienced nearly every role a modern yogi might encounter, Keith grounds all of his work in one guiding principle: love as the baseline for teaching.

Dr. Michele Ross
Based in South Park, San Diego, Dr. Michele Ross brings decades of experience as an acupuncturist, chiropractor, and sound healing practitioner. She blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques—incorporating acupuncture, gentle chiropractic care, and vibrational healing with tuning forks and a sound table—to create a deeply restorative experience. With compassion and dedication, Dr. Ross supports each person’s healing journey, guiding body, mind, and spirit toward balance and renewal.

Tah Groen
Tah is a Manifesting Generator living in sunny San Diego, where she shares life with her husband of 25 years, their son, and a few spirited animal companions. The real magic began when she became an Oma in 2021—an experience that opened her heart and deepened her connection to life’s wonder. For over two decades, Tah has walked the path of healing through yoga, creative expression, and now Human Design, helping others remember who they are at their core. Her journey has been one of transformation, growth, and profound clarity, guided by learning to trust her inner authority. Through her Human Design readings and intuitive guidance, Tah helps others release resistance, embody ease, and live with greater authenticity and purpose.
