Strength, flexibility and cardio starts here with Aerial Fit. Enjoy a great full body workout in a fun and supportive environment with Circa Academy and build strength to support your aerial journey.

This program is for students who have already started their aerial journey and are looking to maintain fitness, grip strength, inversions and stability.

A basic to intermediate level of aerial skill is needed for this program.
