Perfect for beginners, this 5-week Aerial Foundations course introduces the fundamentals of aerial silks, trapeze, and Lyra. Build strength, coordination, and confidence as you explore basic positions, mounts, and transitions in a supportive environment. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to hang upside down!

Circa Academy is based at the home of Circa in the Judith Wright Centre and at Brisbane Powerhouse. We also host classes and workshops on the road and in the community.
