Aerial Nights - Foundations (ages 16 and above)

Friday 5.15pm - 6.15pm
Judith Wright Arts Centre
This five-week course is the perfect introduction to the world of aerials. You will develop the basic skills and manoeuvres, build endurance and learn correct foundational technique to prepare your advance to Beginners. No experience necessary.
