Intro to Aerial Silks (9:30–11:00 am)

Discover the basics of aerial silks: climbing, inverting, creating shapes on the fabric, and even your first simple drops! This session is designed for beginners, with progressions available for those with prior experience.

Contact Improvisation Jam with Aerial Silks (11:30 am–1:00 pm)

Explore improvised dance and ground-based partnering, weaving in the silks (and each other) as dynamic apparatuses. This is a ground-only practice - no fabric climbing required. Prior experience in Contact Improvisation is essential.
