Step into the world of aerial movement at Spaghetti Circus with two unique workshops led by multi-modal movement coach Lillian Donnell.

Intro to Aerial Silks (9:30–11:00 am)

Discover the basics of aerial silks: climbing, inverting, creating shapes on the fabric, and even your first simple drops! This session is designed for beginners, with progressions available for those with prior experience.

Contact Improvisation Jam with Aerial Silks (11:30 am–1:00 pm)

Explore improvised dance and ground-based partnering, weaving in the silks (and each other) as dynamic apparatus. This is a ground-only practice—no fabric climbing required. Prior experience with Contact Improvisation is essential.

Join one or both workshops and expand your movement practice in a safe, playful, and supportive environment.
