Aether + Vassallo
Sydney ambient/post-rock duo Aether + Vassallo bring you a mesmerising and deeply immersive listening experience, creating luminous dreamscapes that conjur eternal images of this ancient land.
Bronwyn Eather's soundscapes, piano & haunting vocalisations entwine with Paul Vassallo's dark, attentive and achingly sweet guitar to bring you Antipodean ambience and Gondwana dreamscape. Field recordings and ambient musical compositions transport you to a wildlife sanctuary of birds and insects, of wind and rain, to creatures of the light and of the dark. Journeying through a single day from early morning to a deep night rainstorm, you experience the world through the lens of poetics and passion, from light and sweet to dark and monstrous.
Tree as One

Sangitara
Sujan Pradhan of Newtown's Exotic Arts of Himalaya welcomes you into a sound world reminiscent of the late night jams
held in his store after hours where he likes to invite musicians in for evenings of free improvisation. Imagine an
atmospheric, dimly lit, and sweetly incense-aired space, where the visitors sit in a circle to spin songs,
surrounded by colourful crafts and cups of tea - like a ring of storytellers around a campfire. Sujan immerses
listeners and fellow performers in the mystical bounce of jaw harp harmonics, soothing and meditative drones, and
the healing quality of singing bowl tones. Joined this time by Mark Hall on guitars and Liz Cheung on
flutes/erhus, Sangitara fuses the multicultural, multidisciplinary, and multi-instrumental vibrations of musicians
from all around the globe and from all walks of life.
