Affinity Initiative Aotearoa Christmas Potluck and BBQ

Close the year with kai, games, and your people. 🎄🤍

After a big year of crags, courses, and Monday nights, we’re hanging up the shoes for a day.

The Global Majority Christmas Bash is a relaxed afternoon to gather, eat well, and take a moment to be grateful for the community we’ve built together.

No skills to learn. No routes to send. Just good food and good company.

What’s happening:
🍖 Catered BBQ. We’ll fire up the grill. Your koha covers the purchase and prep.

🥘 Potluck. Bring a dish or drinks of your choice to share. Food from your own culture is especially welcome.

🎁 Gift exchange. Bring a wrapped gift valued $10-20.

🎮 Board games, video games and chill vibes. Play, chat, or just sit back.

When: Saturday 19 December 2026, 11am - 4pm
Where: Location TBC

What to bring:

• A potluck dish or drinks to share (Portion to be advised closer to date when numbers are more confirmed.)
