In this gentle and empowering 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll be invited into the world of affirmation cards—creating a set of 5 personalised pieces that support your self-care and inner connection through colour, image and intention.

We’ll begin with calming breathwork to help ground and centre, opening space to reflect on the beliefs you’re ready to shift or strengthen. With the support of guided prompts, you’ll uncover affirmations that feel true to you—words that uplift, soothe, and empower.

Using the 7 chakra points as a pathway, we’ll explore how affirmations can be felt, seen and embodied across different parts of the self. From there, you’ll be gently guided through simple watercolour and mixed media techniques, choosing colours and imagery that reflect your messages.

No art experience is needed—just a sense of curiosity and a willingness to explore.

You’ll leave with 5 meaningful affirmation cards and a deeper connection to your own creative voice.
