The Affordability Project Presents- The Catalyst

The What: The Catalyst Event will be a immersive cocktail gala that will bring guests throught time so they can experience the many gold rushes of San Francisco and help us to forge the golden age of tomorrow.

The Goal: We hope this event will raise both awareness and funding to help get the inaugural project at 5250 3rd Street in Bayview off the ground- with a broader goal of filling the gap of affordability housing for essential workers and improving quaility of life of San Francisco community.

The Hosts: The Affordability Project board will be the hosts of the event.

Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity

The Mission: Fill the gap in affordable housing for educators, nurses, first responders, small business owners, and the many people who serve San Francisco

The Team: Our organization is run by individuals with deep experience and understanding of San Francisco non-profit work, development, public service, land entitlement, real estate financing, policy and construction. We leverage our collective experience and network to build working class housing in San Francisco.

The Inaugural Project: The Affordability Project’s inaugural non-profit housing development will be in San Francisco at 5250 3rd Street in Bayview Hunters Point. 70% of the 100 unit project will be affordable, below market rate rentals for nurses, teachers and other middle income professionals and families.
