Event description

Sharing the wisdom of successful communal living, introducing a legal ownership model & the necessary steps to make it happen with ease.

---*---

1. What works... and what doesn't in communal living arrangements?

From over 20 years exploring and living in communities and 6 years of formal research about Intentional Community Living Arrangements, Jason Hilder will share what he observed from the best and what is needed to make them work.

2. What are the planning pathways and legal ownership models?

Veteran planner, Dr Malcolm Holz, will present simple planning pathways and proven ownership models which embrace and support small-scale regenerative living in ecohamlets wherever you are in Australia.

3. Building your own community - how to steps.

Jason will outline the importance of creating community consciously, the steps involved, and invite interested participants who wish to go through the process at a later date. Jason believes with a supportive process and facilitation an ecohamlet can happen within a year.
