Event description

Bust out of the covid blues!

Join us for an African style boogie and bang your lil’ heart out to the primal grooves of ancient tribal African rhythms on African djembe drums. You’ll learn a multi-layered African rhythm and feel the way the parts work with each other under the direction of an experienced teacher and facilitator. Build confidence, technique and etiquette. Enjoy an open jam session for free expression at the end. Be surprised by what you learn in a small amount of time.

Please note that Sal will only be accepting new members into the drumming class at the beginning of each term.
