Description

These sessions are founded in steps and dance moves originating from cultural traditions of Guinea, West Africa.

All sessions are run to live drumming.

The sessions are broken down into 4 sections.

1. Free dance and self warm up - 30min

2. Guided Guinean Dance choreography - 30min

3. Self chore practice or free dance - 15min

4. Guided choreography run through and cool down 15 - 30min
