Hola/Hallo/Bonjour Seniors!

It's time to shake your booties and learn/practice Afro-Latin Dancing!

Our team is super excited to bring you Moving for Life - Afro-Latin Fun dance for seniors, a 7 week program of Latin Dancing + African Dancing so you can dance from the comfort of your home.

Every Thursday from 11am to 12pm via ZOOM. From Nov 5th to Dec 17th.

This is a beginner friendly 7 week program for 60+ Adults who want to move and be part of a beautiful community of dance/music lovers. Classes are delivered via ZOOM. We dance for 45 min and allow some time to connect with others.

Our instructors are from Bolivia and France. Both experienced dancers and dance instructors who really care about participants and will bring lots of joy to your Thursdays!

Please note:

As part of the conditions of the grant, participants must attend as many sessions as possible and fill in a pre-evaluation at the start of the program and post-evaluation at the end of the program.
